Unfortunately we cannot process cancellation requests for an order that has been placed.

Note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service.
Additionally, if an item has been marked 'delivered' by USPS but you have not received it, please allow a couple of days for the package to show up.
In rare cases it can get marked delivered too soon.
Please understand that once USPS has your package we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, etc.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive.
Shipping time may vary due to a number of factors that are out of our control such as severe weather or service interruptions.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that these fees change per country on a consistent basis and we have no way of estimating how much they might be as they are determined by your country. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on customs forms. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
Due to the fact that items are vintage and therefore one of a kind we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please understand when purchasing a vintage item, these items do have some degree of wear and tear. We make sure to photograph and describe every item to the best of our ability so you know exactly what you are getting. Actual colors may vary based on different screen resolution. When ordering any of our vintage items, we recommend you compare the measurements with something you currently own to ensure fit. All items are listed with "Best Fits" and measurements so you can be sure of fit before ordering.

New items can be exchanged only. We cannot issue refunds.
The item must be unworn with tags still attached.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
