Unfortunately we cannot process cancellation requests for an order that has been placed.
Note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service. Additionally, if an item has been marked 'delivered' by but you have not received it, please allow a couple of days for the package to show up. In rare cases it can get marked delivered too soon.
Please understand that once the carrier has your package we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, etc. If you have an issue with tracking or delivery please contact the carrier for assistance.
International All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on customs forms.
Vintage Due to the fact that items are vintage and therefore one of a kind we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please understand when purchasing a vintage item, these items have been previously worn and loved, so they do have some degree of wear and tear. We make sure to photograph and describe every item to the best of our ability so you know exactly what you are getting. Actual colors may vary based on different screen resolution. When ordering any of our vintage items, we recommend you compare the measurements with something you currently own to ensure fit. All items are listed with "Best Fits" and measurements so you can be sure of fit before ordering.
New / Brands
Online: New items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. We cannot issue refunds. The item must be unworn with any and all tags still attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns may be submitted via your order confirmation page or at the link below.
In Store: Items can be exchanged or returnedfor store credit within 30 days. We cannot issue refunds. The item must be unworn with tags still attached. Receipt or gift receipt must be present.
